As the programs we could watch on television had gone more limited because of the challenges that we had to face in the previous years, many of us have turned to streaming various contents online in order for us to be entertained and informed.

At the same time, we have also witnessed the influx of people, including celebrities, who have ventured on creating digital content in order for them to still provide entertainment and get in touch with their fans by showing portions of their lives that we don’t usually see in their media appearances.

And to honor their contribution in spreading kindness, inspiration, and entertainment in and out of the digital world in this year’s seventh staging of PUSH Awards, the annual fan-voted awards show of ABS-CBN’s Entertainment website PUSH.com.ph, five online personalities are nominated for the “Content Creator of the Year” category – Kim Chiu, Ivana Alawi, Madam Inutz, Alex Gonzaga, and Zeinab Harake.

From being an actress, presenter, and total performer, Kim went on to become one of the most watched celebrities on YouTube. Ever since joining in 2017, the It’s Showtime host now has more than 2.7 million subscribers.

She may not be omnipresent on TV ever since her last teleserye in 2019 Sino Ang Maysala? Mea Culpa, Ivana has been really active in vlogging through which she shares her and her family’s life, especially during this pandemic, to her over 14.9 million subscribers – making her among the biggest Filipino YouTubers.

After amusing us with her hilarious shenanigans and utterances during her online live selling sessions on Facebook, Madam Inutz (or Daisy Lopez in real life) went on to become an internet sensation. She eventually started uploading video blogs on her eponymous YouTube channel that now has more than 951 thousand subscribers. This paved the way for her to be popular and earn a slot in the celebrity edition of Pinoy Big Brother Kumunity Season 10.

Alex also hopped on the vlogging world in 2017 as a way of further entertaining the public through her funny antics and expressions, just like what she does in her television stints. Her every video has never failed to rake in millions of views and she now has over 12.2 million subscribers.

Last, but definitely not the least, is Zeinab Harake who’s undeniably one of the most popular online stars in the country, as attested by her more than 11.8 million subscribers. Her relatable shenanigans and wit have never failed to amuse the netizens, thus earning millions of views in every video she uploads is definitely easy.

Aside from “Content Creator of the Year,” fandoms may also vote for their favorite celebrities in other categories, namely, PUSH Popular Loveteam of the Year, PUSH Music Personality of the Year, PUSH Social Media Personality of the Year, PUSH Trending Tiktoker of the Year, PUSH Favorite Onscreen Performance of the Year, and PUSH Celebrity Mom of the Year.

A special category is also added this year named PUSH Inspiration 2021, which aims to honor an individual who’s an epitome of empowerment by bringing pride to the country with their achievements and boosting the morale of Filipinos amid these trying times. This is not fan-voted.

Vote for your favorites on push.abs-cbn.com/vote from January 31 until February 27. The winners will be announced in a virtual awarding ceremony on March 4.
