Communication plays a pivotal role for BINI, especially in a fast-paced, demanding industry. Jhoanna pointed out that although the group often relies on a “majority wins” approach, she makes sure her voice is heard, underscoring the importance of collective understanding. Amid their packed schedules, the members adopt what they call “auto-pilot” mode, focusing on weekly tasks without overthinking. “Ang natutunan ko, ‘pag hindi mo talaga kaya, huwag mo nang pilitin,” she shared, speaking about the importance of self-care. “Kasi mas mag sa-suffer lang ‘yung group ‘pag halimbawa pinilit mo ngayon so parang mas isipin mo ‘yung pang-matagalan.”

Ultimo commercials niya, saulo ko.” This admiration has shaped Jhoanna’s ambitions, with Kathryn’s influence motivating her to pursue her own goals as an actress.
