The Megastar and Grand Slam Queen sharing scenes add a big magnitude of star power on FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano. Sharon and Lorna gave primetime a powerful luminescence on their first scene together wherein their respective characters, Aurora and Lily, hid bitterness behind a polite exchange. At the hospital where Don Ignacio (Tommy Abuel) was confined, Lily met Aurora, oblivious to the latter’s past with President Oscar (Rowell Santiago). The First Lady felt something was off but remained pleasant throughout seeking a political favor from the family. Aurora also tamed her emotions and acted civil.

She wasn't impressed with the constant dialogues between her father and the First Lady, growing suspicious of the latter. In the next scene, facial expressions set the tension in lieu of an explosive, tumultuous word war. The ladies may have kept the conversation short but their eyes did all the talking. Lily probed on Aurora’s impression, now aware of the latter’s romantic past with President Oscar (Rowell Santiago). Then, with subtle sarcasm, Aurora replied that everything’s just fine between them.

More low-key ‘tarayan’ moments came after that big revelation and Don Ignacio’s impossible demands. Pushed to her limits, Lily burst Aurora’s bubble, saying the latter’s romance with President Oscar was nothing but a sham to launch his political ambitions. Seeing Aurora’s reaction, that of hurt and disappointment, Lily thought she had won over her rival.
