BTS member Jin is set to appear with Ji Ye-eun in the new Netflix variety show Kian's Bizarre B&B.

According to a report by Naver as translated by Soompi, Kian's Bizarre B&B is a new variety show in which comic creator Kian84 creates, designs, and manages a distinctive homestay for young visitors on the island of Ulleungdo.

He will run the guesthouse and engage with a diverse group of young guests.

In June, Jin completed his mandatory military service.

After he was discharged, the K-Pop idol met with the ARMYs (BTS fans) at the BTS FESTA on June 13 at the Jamsil Sports Complex in Seoul to mark the anniversary of the group's debut.

The singer also previously posted an update on Weverse, sharing the projects he was working on.

"I'm working on recording music and filming variety shows. I'm trying to focus on my main job while showing my face as much as possible. The results will be out in a few months, so please wait a little longer," he previously announced.

Jin also pointed out that he has no plans to do acting.

"I don't have any plans to act. Sorry about that," said.

In July, Jin became the torchbearer of South Korea at the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris, France.

"Thanks to ARMY, I was able to fulfill the wonderful role of torchbearer. Thank you so much," he remarked in a statement via BIGHIT Music as reported by Naver and translated by Soompi.

The singer admitted that he was nervous initially but the support of the fans at the event made him feel at ease.

"I was so nervous that I didn’t know how time had passed, but I was able to finish it to the best of my ability thanks to the great support from many people on site," he stated.

As a torchbearer, Jin connected key relay routes from the intersection at Avenue Rivoli to Place Carrousel in Paris.
