Entertainment Company Applewood announced on June 25 that Wi Ha-Jun, known for his role in Squid Game, will begin his 2024 Fan Meeting Tour, titled A Wively Day, with a series of international stops.

The tour will kick off in Seoul on August 17 and will include visits to several major cities, including Manila on September 15. Other destinations on his tour include Tokyo, Osaka, Bangkok, and Jakarta. Specific details such as venues and ticket prices have yet to be disclosed.

Fans of Ha-Jun expressed their excitement on social media platform X.

One fan enthusiastically commented, “omgggg ha jun in mnl,”

while another said, “Buti [nalang] nakita na kita pero sige pwede nmn ulet hehehe.”

This will be Ha-Jun’s second visit to Manila. His first visit was in May 2023 for a fan meeting organized by a fashion brand.

During a press conference for that event, Ha-Jun shared his initial impressions of the Philippines, stating, “The first impression I have when I arrived here in the Philippines is, of course, the warm weather. And together with this, the warm eyes of the people were very welcoming here in the Philippines.”

In a message to his Filipino fans, Wi Ha-Jun said: “I really have no other words to say to my Filipino fans than I'm very thankful to each and every one of them.”

Wi Ha-Jun has gained international recognition for his role in Squid Game, but his acting portfolio extends beyond that.

He has also starred in various TV series, including Little Women, The Worst of Evil, Midnight, and Gyeongseong Creature. Currently, he stars in the series The Midnight Romance in Hagwon alongside Jung Ryeo-won.
