Former child star Igi Boy Flores shared his advice for the new generation of stars of Goin' Bulilit.

In an interview for the TFC show BRGY, Igi highlighted some important acting advice. "Mas nakakatawa ang hindi nagpapatawa. 'Yan ang isa sa lagi sinasabi sa amin noon [ni direk Bobot Mortiz], noon pa magtiwala lang doon sa materyal na binibigay at sa intstructions nila direk."

The actor also stressed the need to always treat the cast and the crew with kindness. "'Yung character sobrang importante niya eh, so 'yung character na sinasabi ko 'yung pakikitungo mo sa  mga tao. Malayo ang mararating mo through character alone."

Igi was also asked for his advice for the parents who want their kids to become child stars. He advised: "Ang sa akin lang kasi is huwag nating pilitin 'yung mga batang maging artista kung ayaw nila, 'yun lang. Kasi lalo na this social media age, ang daming exploited na bata sa social media."

He went on: "Kumbaga kung ayaw nila, hayaan natin silang mag-grow kung sino ang gusto nila maging pagtanda nila. Lalabas naman 'yun eh kung gusto nilang mag-artista, kung gusto nilang mag-doctor, kung gusto nilang mag-astronaut."

"Kumbaga hayaan natin silang mag-grow kasi kapag pinilit natin mas lalo nilang hindi magugustuhan 'yun."

In the same interview, Igi expressed his gratitude to direk Bobot for providing him the platform to fulfill his dreams of spreading joy to people.

He told the director: "Thank you for always believing in me, for giving me the opportunity to do this. Kasi ako po direk alam niyo naman na bata pa ako gusto ko lang magpasaya ng tao, and binigyan niyo ako ng platform para makapagpasaya ng maraming, maraming tao kaya mahal na mahal ka namin direk and for sure marami pang bata and manonood ang magmamahal sa inyo lalo. Nakasuporta lang kami lagi sa'yo."

Goin' Buililit is set to return to television this year. The program is set to air on Kapamilya Channel, Kapamilya Online Live, A2Z and AllTV starting July 1.
