The 60th Baeksang Arts Awards just announced the winners at this year’s awarding ceremony. This year’s batch of nominees all showcased their talent in acting both in film and on television.

The Baeksang Arts Awards was founded in 1965 by Chang Key-young, who started the Hankook Ilbo newspaper or more commonly known as Baeksang. The Baeksang Arts Awards are considered as one of the most prestigious awards in South Korea.

2024 South Korean supernatural horror film Exhuma and 12.12: The Day led the pack in the film category as they received several wins from the award-giving body. Meanwhile, the television category was a mix of several highly-praised shows such as Moving and Mask Girl.
