Filipino actress, singer and model Maymay Entrata celebrated her 27th birthday on May 6, with a heartfelt message of gratitude to God. 

In a touching Instagram post, Maymay reflected on the past year’s challenges and blessings, emphasizing her renewed commitment to her faith.

“Another year, another reason to be grateful and it’s all Glory to God!” Maymay exclaimed in her post. 

She acknowledged the ups and downs of the past year, but expressed gratitude for God’s guiding hand through it all. 

“I’m praying for constant peace, love, hope, and joy in my life. My heart is full sa lahat ng mga bumati at babati. God bless us all,” she added. 

Maymay’s journey of faith took a significant turn last March 31, when she was baptized on Easter Sunday. Sharing a video of the baptism, she recounted a powerful moment where she felt a divine presence, reminiscent of Jesus’ baptism by John.

This spiritual experience marked a pivotal moment in Maymay’s life, which helped reaffirmed her commitment to her Christian beliefs.

Maymay opened up about her struggles with faith over the years, admitting that her commitment wavered amidst the pressures of the entertainment industry. However, she expressed a renewed sense of purpose and dedication following her baptism, declaring her desire to seek God above all else.

“I want to seek Him first before anything else because I know by doing so, everything will fall into its right place,” Maymay shared. “The old is gone and the new has come. I am still not perfect, I am still flawed but the great thing is that I know where and who I belong to!”

As Maymay Entrata enters a new chapter in her life, she does so with a renewed spirit of faith and gratitude, embracing the challenges and blessings that lie ahead.
