"Siguro, it’s not the time yet. In God’s time."

These were the words of Sofia Andres when asked why she and her partner Daniel Miranda are not yet married.

In an interview with Karen Davila, Sofia further explained: "Kasi married o hindi, we'll never know kung kayo ba talaga. Kasi may mga married na naghihiwalay pa rin. Meron namang hindi married na nagtatagal naman."

The actress also highlighted that she wants both of them to be ready before deciding to tie the knot.

"I was telling my partner, Daniel, kasi he’s not complete also, his family. So if we’re not ready, we don’t have to rush it," she said.

Sofia and Daniel have a child named Zoe. She gave birth to their daughter in November 2019.

"I’m just very lucky na supportive ‘yung partner ko at tsaka hindi siya nasho-showbiz, kaya wala po akong reklamo. He’s very loving; he’s very supportive, sa anak [namin]." she stated.

When asked what she loves most about her partner, Sofia replied: "He's very clingy, he's very sweet, parang siya 'yung babae eh. Ang cute nga kasi gusto niya ng mga surprises. He's very adventurous, very spontaneous so I think it keeps the thrill. But siyempre importante pa rin sa mata ng Diyos kasal so we are working on that."

Sofia highlighted that she wants her partner to fulfill his dreams first before getting married. 

"He's also young. He wants to do a lot of things pa and I won't force him also. We want to reach more goals pa. He's also doing his own business in Dumaguete. He is still starting pa eh so I think he wants to be stable pa," she said.

In the same interview, Sofia was asked about the time she learned that she was pregnant. What went through her mind when she learned about it?

"Nung time na nalaman ko hindi ako natakot eh at all. Siguro kasi alam ko 'yung relationship ko sa mom ko na she will really took care of me. If I really meant to be a mother tatanggapin ko talaga siya," she said.

She shared that Daniel's family were also very supportive of them.

"They really took care of me when I was pregnant," she relayed.
