With summer upon us, it's time to check out some of the best destinations for the season that even have celebrities heading there for a vacation.

Siargao

One of the top places that several celebrities have visited and some even currently reside in is the Island of Siargao in the Caraga region.

This wonderful destination features a simple and peaceful island life where you can freely roam around, enjoy delicacies, surf with the beautiful waves, and meet and befriend locals and stars on the island, including Andi Eigenmann and her family, as well as the "netizens’ president" herself, Nadine Lustre.

In a previous interview with Andi, the actress shared that she felt "free and at peace" after deciding to live on the island in 2018 with her partner, surfer Philmar Alipayo, and her children.

Nadine previously expressed that the people on the island have a chill lifestyle and she fell in love with the beauty of the place.

“It has its magic. I think it’s something that people really fall in love with when they see and visit Siargao for the first time,” she expressed.

Some celebrities who recently visited Siargao include It’s Showtime host Anne Curtis and former Miss Universe Catriona Gray.

Boracay

Beach season in the Philippines isn’t complete without the white sands, water activities, and the nightlife of Boracay.

Before her guest appearance on It’s Showtime for its debut airing on GMA network, Kapuso star Sanya Lopez had a wonderful vacation in Boracay with family and friends.

Gen Z celebrities such as some of Zoomers cast members Krystl Ball, Kei Kurosawa, Erika Davis, and Luis Vera Perez also listed Boracay as one of the summer destinations they wanted to go this hot season.

Another fun thing about Boracay is that even international stars freely roam around and enjoy the local destination.
