Celeste Garcia, matriarch of the Garcia Family, has passed away. Celeste was the beloved mother of Patrick Garcia and  Chesca Garcia-Kramer.

Doug Kramer, Chesca’s husband, took to social media to announce the heartbreaking news. In his post, Doug shared cherished memories with Celeste, accompanied by family photos that captured the essence of their bond. In his post, Doug shared, “The best mom-in-law anyone could have. The OG, the coolest Grandma, the funniest, and one who never runs out of chika because she knows all the issues on FB.”

Chesca, in response, commented on Doug’s post, “I love you mommy. One can never love their mother too much.”

In the midst of this difficult time, Chesca shared moving verses from the book of Lamentations on her Instagram Stories, drawing comfort from her faith. She shared, “I will never forget this awful time, as I grieve over my loss. Yet I still dare to hope when I remember this: The faithful love of the Lord never ends! His mercies never cease. Great is his faithfulness; his mercies begin afresh each morning. I say to  myself, 'The Lord is my inheritance; therefore, I will hope in him!' Lamentations 3:20-24.”

On her Instagram, Chesca also paid tribute to her mother, recalling her generosity, selfishness, and unwavering support. She reflected on the countless moments they shared, from simple conversations to heartfelt advice. Chesca painted a vivid picture of her mother’s love and dedication, which highlighted the impact on herself and her family’s life.

Chesca shared, “You sacrificed so much for us, always prioritizing our happiness over yours. You chose us over anything and anyone, never abandoning ship and fiercely protecting your cubs. Everything I know and everything I am is because of you. I learned how to be a mom and a wife because you were my prime example, always excelling in everything you did.”
