Thai actor Bright Vachirawit whose real name is Vachirawit Chivaaree, confirmed his relationship with his co-star, Nene Pornnappan, whose real name is Pornnappan Pornpenpipat, on Monday, April 22.

In a statement released on his personal X (formerly Twitter) account, the Thai actor admitted that he is currently in a relationship with the singer and actress.

“Hello, my beloved fans and friends, this is Bright.

"I know there is recent news that might have caught you off guard. I just wanted to clarify a few things, especially for my fans who are always so caring and curious about how I am doing — yes, we are really dating,” the actor penned.

He also added that he wanted to apologize to his fans if the sudden news caused them disappointment.

“I'd like to apologize for shocking you with this news. We truly had no intention of disrespecting anyone or causing harm,” he stated.

Bright then highlighted that he wanted to just be true and spread love through his work.

“Those who have followed me for a long time know that I always strive to be respectful and true to myself. My focus is always on spreading love and positivity through my work and dedication,” he added.

He went on: “I am incredibly grateful for everything that has shaped me into who I am today, and for all the love and support I've received. Thank you to all of you who continue to support and love me. It means a lot.”

Bright ended his message asking for everyone to cheer and support him and Nene, whom he called one of the most precious people he has met.

“Nene is one of the most precious people I've met. She makes me feel warm and safe every day we've been together. I hope you guys will cheer for us,” he remarked. 

The actress also took to her personal Instagram account a heartfelt message to fans after confirming her relationship with the Thai actor.

“So, about the recent articles - yes, I’m currently in a relationship. Sorry for not being able to share this with you earlier before it made the news,” she stated, emphasizing how she always separates her personal life from her music career.

She then expressed how Bright had supported her and made her feel happy.

“Bright is a warm person. We support each other when things are tough and celebrate together when we're happy,” she said.

She added, “Feelings are what drive me and fuel my creativity, inspiring me to write both sad and love songs. Love motivates me to be a better person, filling my heart with warmth every day. When we are together, I find myself laughing more, smiling brighter, and feeling unafraid to take risks. Because I know there will always be someone to accept me, support me, and catch me if I fall.”

She ended her message with, “I am very grateful for all the love and support I've received. Thank you all for being a part of my journey and supporting me through it all.”

As per reports, the actor was seen walking hand in hand with the singer, making their fans speculate about the two stars’ romantic relationship. 

The couple previously worked together on Bright’s Thai BL series, 2gether The Series, in 2020.

Bright’s label, Cloud9 Entertainment, also issued an official statement confirming the dating rumors.

“The recent news pertaining to 'Vachirawit Chivaaree (BRIGHT)', an artist associated with Cloud9 Entertainment Co., Ltd., being in a relationship with 'Pornnappan Pornpenpipat (Nene)' has caused a stir among fans which has left many surprised and concerned about their relationship,” they remarked.

“The company firmly believes that their relationship does not diminish the value of their fans who have supported them throughout their careers. The company and the artist confirm that every fan is an integral part of us and remains essential. We will continue to prioritize all fans' as before,” they stated.
