Actress Kim Molina defended her long time boyfriend, Jerald Napoles, on social media earlier this week after a netizen questioned how it was like being with someone who looks like a “kargador”. The theater actress expressed her frustration and called out the unnamed netizen in her reply.

Kim and Jerald have been together for several years already and have starred in several projects together.

The actress took note of a comment posted by one netizen that she found particularly offensive.

“Una sa lahat, BASTOS KA. Alam kong fake account yan na malamang ginagamit mo lang para mambash at makapag comment dahil hindi mo kayang gawin gamit ang totoong pangalan mo. Takot ka rin kasi kaya nagtatago ka dyan. What a sad life you have,” she replied.

Kim then revealed that Jerald was actually a kargador before he entered the showbiz industry. She proudly shared that her boyfriend took on the job and stressed that there wasn’t anything wrong about being a kargador.

“Isa yun sa mga trabahong pinasok niya nung hindi pa siya nag aartista, bago pa mag teatro. Nag extra sa pagiging kargador ng mga tela sa divisoria,” she revealed.

Kim went on to express her pride in her boyfriend and in everything that he had gone through. She also took the opportunity to stress how there was no reason to feel ashamed of taking on such jobs.

“Isang marangal na trabaho pandagdag kita sa araw araw. Proud ako sa lahat ng pinagdaanan ni Je kaya hindi ko gets bakit parang may halong mali ang pag associate ng term na yan sa iba. Nothing's even wrong with it so,” she added.

Meanwhile, Jerald took no offense in being a former kargardor.  He further explained how it helped him meet his needs and attend school. In a separate Facebook post, he showered Kim with his love after she came to his defense.

“Ako ang personal mong kargador forever Kim Molina…Nag-kargador talaga ako dati sa Divisoria as a sideline habang nag a-apply nang scholarship para makapag-aral. Proud ako dun,” he shared.

Netizens expressed their support towards the couple and called out others in the comment section as well.
