It’s Showtime host Karylle renewed her vows with her husband, Yael Yuzon, for their 10th wedding anniversary. The private ceremony was held at the Church of the Gesù in Ateneo de Manila University where both of them studied in college. 

The wedding ceremony was attended by the couple’s family and closest friends.

Karylle’s mother, Zsa Zsa Padilla, showed snaps of the intimate renewal ceremony on her Instagram last Saturday, March 9. 

“Congratulations, K and Yael! It was a beautiful ceremony for your renewal of vows,” Zsa Zsa wrote.

The couple both showed their shared passion for music as they sang some church songs during their renewal of vows alongside Roman Catholic music group, Bukas Palad Music Ministry. They sang “Seasons of Love” as well, which was documented by the friends and family present at the event.

Meanwhile, Yael’s brother, Yan Yuzon, expressed his happiness for the couple in his Instagram account.

“Glad to have been in town for the renewal of your vows on the tenth year of your marriage. As a witness to your journey together, I wish you more of what has been so central to your lasting union: deep faith, mutual support and most importantly, true friendship,” he wrote.

“Few things are more beautiful to see than friends who marry and become better friends to each other over the years. The both of you are so equal to the mission of placing the other's needs over your own to the point of selflessness, that each ends up getting almost all the nourishing care one needs directly from the other,” he added.

Yael previously proposed to Karylle on the It’s Showtime stage last month, catching the host by surprise. 

The couple tied the knot back in 2014 in a church wedding in San Antonio de Padua Church in Silang, Cavite.
