Nick’s Who I Am 2024 tour kicked off last October 2023 in Lexington, Kentucky.

The singer then performed in various cities in North America and extended his 2024 tour to countries such as Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Ecuador, Peru, Uruguay, Colombia, and Mexico.

He later on added the Asian leg of the tour which includes India, the Philippines, Indonesia, and Singapore.

The Backstreet Boys—consisting of Nick Carter, Howie Dorough, AJ McLean, Brian Litrell, and Kevin Richardson—was formed in 1993.

They are known from their hit songs, “Everybody,” “As Long As You Love Me,” “I Want It That Way,” “Quit Playing Games With My Heart,” and other iconic songs.

In an exclusive interview with Billboard, Nick said that the tour aims to showcase his musical journey and stories through the years.

“I was born in 1980 and there was a lot of music that influenced me throughout the years to be one of the members of the Backstreet Boys. So, I’m going to perform a lot of songs that I love,” he added.  “'80s songs, '90s songs — songs that, that we all grew up with, and then also some solo songs and a lot of the Backstreet Boys songs. It’s just going to be a real fun show.”

The American singer also revealed what fans can look forward to on his concert tour.

“I’m going to go out with a band, and I play guitar. I’m going to be playing drums throughout the show. So, it has a bit more creative personal expression and is a little bit more organic, I guess you could say,” he stated.

“One of the songs I really want to do is Simple Mind’s ‘Don’t You (Forget About Me)’ from The Breakfast Club and another one I want to do is Bon Jovi’s ‘Wanted Dead or Alive.’ I’m actually going to do some rap because I grew up listening to rap music. I’m going to tear up some rap and do my own East Coast versus West Coast!” he expressed.
