Marjorie took to her Instagram account to express how she made a decision to return to politics after more than a decade of hiatus.

She admitted how challenging it was for her to make the decision, but revealed she has found reason to return to public service.

“These past few months has been quite a journey... the thought of going back to public service after more than 10 years has been challenging, terrifying and exciting,” she said. “Grateful to Mayor Along Malapitan and Congressman Oca Malapitan for their trust and confidence in me. I have gained a renewed sense of purpose.”
