In Hello, Love, Again, Kevin plays the role of Uno. "I definitely have more screen time with the character Marie (Kathryn Bernardo). A lot of people hopefully will be torn between oh should Marie go back with Ethan... or would [Marie] give me a chance or something?" he relayed.

The actor spent one month in Canada to shoot the film. Recounting his experience working with the Filipino cast, he shared: "We sat together and they were telling me about their culture and how there's really no boundaries as an actor. Like if people need help on set or if there's no hands on deck, they go help."
