Liza Soberano shared that she has been attending film school.

In an interview with MJ Felipe of ABS-CBN News, the actress relayed that she has been enjoying the process of working behind the scenes hence she decided to enroll in a film school.

"Right now in life I am just having fun, enjoying the process. Because right now I am going to film school as well. I've been working a lot of behind the scenes lately so I'm just really excited about that," she said.

On what made her decide to attend film school, Liza remarked, "Honestly like lately, I've been working on a lot of projects that I am self-producing and I also aspire to one day go into directing."

She shared that she has been taking film classes from director Dan Villegas who is currently teaching at Ateneo.

"I was actually meeting with direk Tonet Jadaone and direk Dan Villegas and they mentioned to me that direk Dan was hosting a class at Ateneo so I went to one class already. I hope to continue taking classes for film," she said.

In the same interview, Liza expressed how proud she is of boyfriend Enrique Gil who will be headlining a new film. The actor will be starring in the comedy movie I Am Not Big Bird which he is also co-producing.

Liza said: "I am really happy to see him flourishing. The project he is working on right now is something he is producing himself so I am really proud of him for that. I'm very supportive."

When asked if they do they still see each other in person despite their busy schedules, she replied, "Yes, every once in a while, occasionally. Mostly because we are both constantly flying. Like I've been in the States for a while and then I came back and then he's been flying. It's very seldom now but we still do."
