Actress Claudine Barretto is proud of her daughter Sabina’s latest achievement.

On Wednesday, May 3, the “Optimum Star” announced in her social media post that her daughter is now a scholar.

“My SABINA IS A SCHOLAR. MY HEART IS FULL,” she wrote next to a photo of her and Sabina.

“Thank You so much anak. You truly are God’s blessing to me. I luv u too much. Congratulations anak.”

Sabina, who is turning 19 this June, is Claudine’s adopted daughter and her eldest child.

In 2018, the actress also had a proud mom moment as Sabina finished Grade 8 at Multiple Intelligence International School in Quezon City. Claudine attended her daughter’s moving up ceremony along with her Milan co-star and Sabina’s ninong Piolo Pascual.

As a gift to her daughter, Claudine surprised Sabina by giving her her first luxury watch — a Rolex Lady-Datejust.

"Since you’ve been a very Good Girl I’m passing this watch to u na. I was 13 when I got to buy my 1st Rolex & this was my fourth which of course will go to my Sabina,” Claudine said in a since-deleted post.

“This is both my moving to upper school & birthday gift to u anak. Take good care of it as I did so u can pass it on to your daughter some day. I luv u so much Sabbie!” she added.

The actress also described Sabina as the “best daughter in the world.”

Aside from Sabina, Claudine has three other children, including son Santino, who is her biological child with her estranged husband, actor Raymart Santiago. The other two are Quia and Noah.
