Ogie Diaz shared that being generous is one of the values he learned from his late mother Mameng.

Ogie's mom passed away in April at 87 years old.

Pagka-nagsasalok siya ng ulam 'pag alam niya 'yung bubimibili maraming anak, dinadagdagan niya kahit malugi siya, parang ganun," he shared in an interview on Magandang Buhay.

Inspired by his mom, Ogie has been very generous in his life as well. The talent manager has been helping foundations.

In April, following the passing of his mom, Ogie took to social media to pen a message to those who extended their condolences for his family.

Mahal kita. Magkasama na kayo ngayon ni tatay. ❤️❤️❤️"
