Heart Evangelista shared snapshots of her reunion with ex-boyfriend Jericho Rosales.

Their reunion transpired in a get together with former Star Magic head Johnny Manahan and other artists including Bea Alonzo, Piolo Pascual, John Lloyd Cruz, Diether Ocampo, Maja Salvador, and Kyle Echarri.

"About last night 📸🖤 🕰️. Growing up together was fun... seeing where life has taken all of us is pretty cool 🖤," Heart posted on her Instagram page

Fans were quick to express their excitement to see Heart and Jericho's reunion with their fellow artists.

"Why do I hear Panday OST in the background @jerichorosalesofficial @iamhearte 😅😘 #EchoesOfTheHeart," one fan said.

"We really need come back sa mga old love team in the ‘90s or 2000s... yes we are that old and it is time," one fan commented.

"Sana magkaron ng movie mga 'to!" another fan wrote.

In 2008, Heart and Jericho's three-year relationship concluded.

In an interview with G3 San Diego back in 2020, Heart opened up about her relationship with Jericho in the past. The actress said that she made many discoveries about herself that time.

"I think that part of my life, that whole experience with me fighting for my independence and all of the rebellious acts that I did at that time was really one of the best times of my life," she stated.

The actress added: "That was me becoming a lady, a woman and really discovering myself, my strengths and weaknesses. Although I still ended up being very weak at that time because I was just very confused because of my family."

Heart is now married to senator Chiz Escudero. Meanwhile, Jericho is now married to Kim Jones.

In an interview in September 2021 with Karen Davila, Chiz was asked if he would allow Heart to be paired with Jericho for a project.

The senator replied: "It’s up to her. If it will help her, if it will make her grow, hindi ako selosong tao." 

The couple admitted that they actually discussed the topic "many times."
