South Korean entertainment agency SM Entertainment recently announced that they will be making a big leap as they enter the European market in the coming months. This comes after the South Korean company entered an agreement with British production company MOON&BACK at their office in Seoul.

SM Entertainment is set to officially invest more in global music and artists' Intellectual Property through this agreement with the British company. Apart from that, the two will join forces to create a new boy group that will penetrate the European scene.

Present at the strategic agreement ceremony was SM Entertainment’s CEO Jang Cheol Hyuk, Chief Business Officer Jang Yoon Joong, Chief A&R Officer Lee Sung Soo, and Creative Director Kangta. Meanwhile, MOON&BACK sent a total of nine executives from their company which included co-CEOs Nigel Hall, Russ Lindsay, Dawn Airey, and their music director Ben Karter.

The British company will be handling the casting of the members for the new boy group while the South Korean agency will be giving their knowledge on everything that’s related to K-Pop production––music, music videos, and choreography.
