Andrea Brillantes and her best friends Bea Borres, Criza Taa, and Danica Ontengco dressed up as characters of the iconic 2004 film “Mean Girls” for Halloween.

As seen in their posts on Instagram, the gang, known as the “ABCD” girls, had fun dressing up as their respective characters for the Halloween shoot, with Andrea channeling Rachel McAdam’s character Regina George, Criza as Lindsay Lohan’s character Cady Heron, Bea as Amanda Seyfried’s Karen Smith and Danica as Lacey Chabert’s Gretchen Weiners.

“MEET THE PLASTICS!💋,” Andrea wrote in her post, crediting celebrity photographer Andrea Beldua and their glam team — stylist Eldzs Mejia, makeup artist Marben Talanay, and hairstylist RJ Dela Cruz.

In the comments, fans and fellow celebrities reacted to their Halloween costumes, including Maymay Entrata, JC Alcantara, BJ Pascual, and Bryan Boy.

“THE IT GIRLS OF THIS GENERATION!!” model Justin Bangsil wrote.

“SO FU***** POWERFUL. PASABOG OF 2023,” social media influencer and commercial pilot Shanika Silvero added.

“I hope this friendship stays strong for a long time! Keep slaying together babes!” one fan wrote.

Meanwhile, Beldua also gave a behind-the-scenes look at the shoot on Instagram on Sunday (October 29).

Quoting a line from Mean Girls, the celebrity photographer wrote: “In Girl World, Halloween is the one day a year when a girl can dress up like a total slut and no other girls can say anything else about it.”

Considered a cult classic, Mean Girls is about a new student, Cady Heron, who gets a crash course in high school life when a popular clique of girls, called “The Plastics,” invites her to sit with them.

The movie which spawned a sequel, a Broadway musical, and now a film adaptation of the musical — also starred Tina Fey, with Lizza Caplan, Daniel Franzese, Jonathan Bennett, Tim Meadows, and Amy Poehler.
