Kristel Fulgar filmed the "Chinito" TikTok trend with "King the Land" actor Kim Jae-won.

"There's a Korean actor who got lost in the Philippines 😂," Kristel posted on her TikTok page.

Kristel was in Cebu for a fan meet and greet while Jae Won was in the city for vacation.

The TikTok video of the two already gained more than 4 million views as of this writing.

It can be recalled that Kristel worked with Jae-won in the web series that she directed in 2021, titled Love From Home. 

Kristel directed Jae-won virtually at that time as he was in South Korea due to the pandemic.

In the said web series, Jae-won played the role of Jay, a South Korean student being taught English online by a Filipino tutor played by Joyselle Cabanlong, who took on the role of Jana.

Kristel described directing the web series as the "best experience" for her as a content creator.

"It’s very fulfilling for me to share the story I only had in my mind before and now became a web drama to [be enjoyed] by other people," she shared on her Instagram page back in 2021.

The actress added: "Alam ko marami pa akong dapat matutunan when it comes to producing and directing films/dramas but I am very willing to learn and experience those hardships."

Love From Home can be streamed on YouTube.

Meanwhile, Jae-eon further catapulted to international popularity when he became part of the hit Netflix series King the Land in 2023.

In the series, Jae-won played the role of Lee Ro-woon, a flight attendant at King Air.

Fans online were delighted to see Kristel finally meeting Jae-woon in person.

"The fact that almost everyone knows him from King the Land but I know him since Love From Home✌️(Kristel really did great picking a star!)" one netizen commented.
