As Bacolod’s annual Masskara festival draws near, the province is preparing for its month-long celebration that officially starts on October 1. The Masskara festival is also known as one of the biggest festivals in the country. Last September 13, singer and actor Darren Espanto shared his experience shooting a music video in the City of Smiles along with fellow Star Magic artist Sue Ramirez.

In the behind-the-scenes video clip that Darren posted, he and Sue are seen dancing with colorfully masked dancers which are a trademark of the festival. The two stars also enjoyed visiting seven of Bacolod’s most popular foodie places and tried native delicacies like the chicken inasal, piaya, and cakes.
