The son of Jennylyn Mercado and Patrick Garcia, Alex Jazz, turned 14 years on Tuesday, August 16.

To mark the special occasion, the actress shared a rare picture of Jazz on Instagram before wishing her son a happy birthday.

"Happy birthday, kuya Jazz! Can’t believe you’re already 14! We love you very much," she captioned her post.

Jennylyn, 35, was a single mother to Jazz before she and her partner Dennis Trillo tied the knot last November 25, after more than seven years together.

The couple also welcomed their first child together — a daughter named Dylan — just this April.

Meanwhile, Jazz's father Patrick has been married to Nikka Martinez for seven years now. The pair has four children together: Michelle Celeste, Nicola Patrice, Francisca Pia, and Enrique Pablo.
