A few weeks ago, Beach Bros star Kira Balinger posted a photo of herself at the beach along with the caption, “This swimsuit again but without the toxic boyfriend #NeverAgain #iWearWhatIWant.” This prompted the local media during the Beach Bros mediacon to ask the 20-year-old actress about her intriguing message.

She shared, “Kasi meron akong bad memory sa swimsuit na yun. I will not go into any details basta sobrang lala. So when I was work wearing it parang hindi ko siya naalala kasi busy ako sa work. But when I was looking at the pictures diyan ko naalala.

After her last relationship, Kira said she feels even more empowered to continue wearing swimsuits with confidence, no matter what anyone says.

“Since that happened, ngayon I won’t let any man or anybody actually, tell me what I can and cannot wear. Medyo I’m willing to compromise on the people that I may hang out with or talk to, that’s the normal part. Pero when it comes to my clothes, are you serious?
