With an acting career that has already spanned two decades, Ketchup Eusebio said he has come a long way since his role in ABS-CBN’s teen-oriented series Berks in 2002. As part of the cast of The Broken Marriage Vow, the 36-year-old actor admitted he felt some pressure accepting the role of Jodi Sta. Maria and Zanjoe Marudo’s close friend and neighbor in the family drama series.

“Mula nung umpisa, I already consulted with sina direk Connie (Macatuno) and direk Andoy (Ranay).

Ketchup admitted he tried his best to make the role his own even after the original British version had spawned various adaptations in different countries already.

One of the most memorable scenes for Ketchup in the series was a sensitive scene with Jodi Sta. Maria when Charlie ends up sleeping with Dr. Jill one night.

Ketchup also shared what lessons he was able to bring home from the project.

Catch the last two-week run of The Broken Marriage Vow weeknights on Kapamilya Channel, A2Z, Jeepney TV, and TV5. The Broken Marriage Vow’s finale episode will be aired on June 24, Friday.
