Last seen in Maja Salvador’s 2017 Wildflower where she played the role of young Ivy Aguas, Xyriel Manabat has now grown into a full grown woman at 18 years old. Now a legal adult, Xyriel recently ticked off another item from her bucket list when she decided to get some piercings on her chest. Defined on healthline.com, “A chest or sternum piercing is a type of surface piercing that's located on any point along the sternum (breastbone). Although sternum piercings are often placed vertically between the breasts, they may also be done horizontally.”

In 2020, Xyriel graduated from high school and shared that she is not ready yet to return to the limelight. In a previous interview she shared, “Hindi ko pa po alam kasi as of now po, sobrang focused po ako sa personal life and sa school ko. So mahirap pong gumanap sa isang role na hindi po ako fully committed. Siyempre baka hindi ko po mabigyan ng justice ‘yung role. So du’n po tayo ‘pag nandun na lahat focus ko and lahat ng determination ko nandu’n na po sa show na ‘yun.”

Sana po alam nila at aware po ‘yung mga tao na sexual harassment is never, never okay. Hindi po siya fine. Never po siyang nakakatulong. Lalo na po sa ganitong may pandemic na marami pong pinagdadaanan na mental health na problems. Huwag na pong sumabay. Respect na lang po,” she shared.
