“Keep fighting towards progress.”

These were the words of Saab Magalona as she gave an update about her son Pancho who showed signs of progress three years since he first started to undergo therapy.

Pancho is one-half of Saab’s twins born in 2018 and was born with cerebral palsy. Her other child, a daughter named Luna, passed away on the same day she was born.

In an Instagram post, Saab shared a video from one of Pancho’s therapy sessions in 2019 where he can be seen crying and another video of Pancho laughing while doing therapy three years later.

Saab said Pancho “despised” therapy before. “Look at my boy’s awesome trunk control. Pancho despised therapy in the beginning. He cried each time because it was outside of his comfort zone,” Saab said.

Now, he enjoys doing therapy and is looking forward to going to school. “Today he looks forward to ‘school’ and keeps asking for more challenges,” Saab remarked.

Meanwhile, Saab encouraged her followers to subscribe to her and her husband Jim Bacarro’s website to help families who also have children with special needs.

“As today (November 30) is Bonifacio Day, I’m reminded of all the brave children we draw inspiration from over at jimandsaab.com. Each month, we pick Heroes Of The Month and donate 100% of your subscription fees to help families of special needs children,” Saab said.

“Tomorrow is the start of another month and I hope you can re-subscribe (or sub for the first time!) to help a new set of Heroes 💕 Thank you, Podtrons!” she added.

Jim and Saab have one other son named Vito.
