Popular YouTuber Mimiyuuuh got candid about her personal life and opened up about her first heartbreak.

In a recent vlog she uploaded, Mimiyuuuh relayed that she met her boyfriend on a dating app and they eventually ended up in a long-distance relationship.

"We dated po siguro mga three times and nalaman ko po na mag-iibang bansa siya para mag-aral... Ayaw ko naman po sana ng LDR pero since nga po na-attach ako sa kanya and I really feel safe with him. He really made me feel special. Hindi mo rin malalaman kung magwo-work out [kaya] talagang binigyan namin ng chance, 'yan LDR kami," she stated.

Mimiyuuuh relayed that their LDR started alright but it turned sour eventually.

"Nung una po okay naman po, pero siyempre in any kind of relationship naman po whether long-distance or short-distance relationshp. May times po na akala po matatapos na 'yung relatonship namin kasi we have two weeks po na hindi kami nag-usap and I really tried to move on po from him. Nag-mesage si kuya sabi niya gusto pa rin niya ako. Siyempre ako naman si rupok, come to mama. I guess may consquences din po talaga 'yung mga karupokan natin. Kung magiging marupok man po tayo, sana naman po ay sa tamang tao tayo maging marupok," she shared.

Mimiyuuuh also opened up how she felt disappointed with her ex-boyfriend on her birthday. 

"Dumating po 'yung birthday ko, nag-message po siya, ewan ko po pero demanding po ba 'yun na parang I expected something from him kasi nga parang LDR na kami tapos wala pa po siyang ginawang effort to make me feel special on my birthday? So nag-expect ako ng cake or ng flowers ganyan, parang wala po akong nakuha sa kanya. I really appreciate 'yung message niya po pero ewan ko parang hindi ko po na-feel na special ako sa kanya on my special day," she said.

Mimiyuuuh said that she told her boyfriend about her disappointment and she got flowers the next day.

"The next day nagpadala po siya ng bulaklak eh siyempre naman po sa sobrang karupukan ko 'yung bad trip ko kahapon nawala. Kinilig ako sa bulaklak," she stated.

The YouTuber shared that her boyfriend broke up with her over text message when she was in Indonesia for a project.

"Sabi niya, 'Hi, I think this is not gonna work. Naghahanap lang ako ng tiyempo to say this to you.' 'Yun po 'yung parang first words na nabasa ko po sa message niya, and hindi ko po alam 'yung ire-react ko that time kasi na-shock po ako," she admitted.

She added, "Tapos noong mag-isa na po ako sa hotel, lahat ng emosyon parang na-feel ko po siya. I really felt alone po kasi all this time, I thought I found my home. Eh hindi pa po pala," he added.

Mimiyuuuh then shared the lessons she learned from her first heartbreak.

"Always remember na time heals everything. Yeah, malungkot ka ngayon, pero darating din 'yung panahon na tatawanan mo na lang 'tong mga ganitong experience," she pointed out.

Mimiyuuuh also highlighted the importance of self-love before getting into any relationship.

"Before you get into a relationship, make sure na you really love yourself. And if you love yourself, you don't need to beg for anything kasi alam mo sa sarili mo na kawalan ka. At kung mahal mo ang sarili mo, alam mo kung ano ang deserve mo. And we all deserve the best. Deserve nating ma-feel special every day, hindi lang po sa ating mga birthday," she said.
