Monarch actor Iñigo Pascual revealed why he doesn’t greet his mother during her birthday on social media.

This comes after netizens questioned the actor for ‘forgetting’ to post about his mom’s birthday on his Instagram account.

Iñigo explained that he doesn’t need to post everything online. The singer-actor added that he has a close relationship with his mom outside social media.

“People asking why I didn’t post for my mom’s birthday. Why is that your business anyways?”

“Some of my best moments with my mom are off cam, and [don't] always have to be shared on social media. Social media doesn’t always need to know everything,” he shared.

In a separate Instagram story, Inigo maintained that his close relationship with his mother and their love for one another is enough for the two of them. He quipped that off-camera interactions are much better than being forced to post on social media just for the sake of doing it.

“My mom is the only person that knows me best on and especially off cam. I love her and she knows that. That’s all that matters to me,” he ended.

Meanwhile, he is currently busy doing the Hollywood series Monarch wherein he plays the role of Ace Grayson, the grandson of Dottie Roman and the son of Nikki Roman. Ace is an incredibly talented teenager who aspires to be a country music star.
