Talent manager and showbiz personality Ogie Diaz revealed in his latest Showbiz Update vlog that he was offered payment by Wilbert Tolentino to do a collaboration with him. The talent manager said that he rejected the offer.

Instead of receiving direct payment, Ogie suggested to Wilbert to donate it to the Kasuso foundation, a non-profit, volunteer-based organization dedicated to helping breast cancer patients.

“Sabi ko wag ako, wag mo akong bayaran pwede ka mag donate nalang sa Kasuso foundation kasi di nga ako tumatanggap. Yung sa akin, pinadirekta ko talaga. Yung cheque nakapangalan sa Kasuso foundation. Alam ni mamshie yan na wala ako ng tinaggap sa kanya,” Ogie shared.

Ogie also noted that Wilbert was surprised with his decision to donate it to a foundation. The talent manager shared that the YouTube vlogger was so moved by his willingness to donate that he added more money and has continued to donate on his own.

“Derecho talaga doon kaya naman naantig si mamshie, dinagdagdagan pa niya. Itong October, binigyan pa niya. Nagbigay pa siya ng pa raffle, at tsaka isa-isa nakapag-uwi ng pamasahe,” he added.

This update by Ogie came after Wilbert uploaded a vlog exposing fellow YouTuber Zeinab Harake by sharing screenshots of their conversation about other vloggers. He revealed the amount he had to pay in order to do a video with Zeinab and how disappointed he was about it.

Zeinab has since apologized to the vloggers that were mentioned such as Robi Domingo, Toni Fowler, Ivana Alawi, among others.
