"Hindi po ako pabor sa cheating."

These were the words of Kim Chiu as she made clarifications about her earlier remark on cheating in the "Reina ng Tahanan" segment of the noontime show It's Showtime.

The actress-host remarked that she herself is a victim of cheating.

"Noong isang araw, hindi ako nabigyan ng chance to explain further ‘yung sinabi ko. Gusto ko lang sabihin sa lahat at linawin, hindi po ako pabor sa cheating. Never po ako talaga magiging pabor doon, dahil naging biktima din naman ako noon. It was not easy, and it was very painful," Kim stated.

Kim added, "Mahabang talakayan kasi ang cheating. Hindi iyon matatapos ng isang salita... Pero, again, Kim Chiu, I am not in favor of cheating, and I will never be in favor of that,” she said.

It can be recalled that during the September 20 episode of "Reina ng Tahanan," Kim was asked by Vice Ganda about her views on cheating. This was after a contestant of the segment shared that her husband cheated on her.

"Baka mag-chi-cheat kung hindi siya naging masaya. Baka bubukas ‘yung mundo ng cheating kung hindi siya masaya sa partner niya,” Kim said in one of her responses to Vice.

Vice then told Kim, "Again, Kim Chiu, there is no acceptable reason for cheating. Masaya ka o hindi ka masaya, walang pass ‘yun to cheat. Hindi ka maaabsuwelto doon."

"Yeah, that’s bad," Kim agreed.
