Nice Print Photography released on Tuesday, August 17, the save-the-date video of actress Kris Bernal and her fiancé, chef Perry Choi.

The couple looked love-struck and serene in the almost three-minute video, which is more of a teaser to their upcoming wedding than a save-the-date as it did not reveal when they are tying the knot.

The video was also uploaded by Kris on her YouTube channel. In her caption, the actress teased that she will be announcing the exact date of her wedding on her channel "soon."

Kris, 32, got engaged to Perry in February 2020, during his birthday bash which the actress herself organized. At the time, the couple had been dating for more than three years.

Earlier, Kris revealed that she and her fiancé were supposed to get married on June 5, 2021, but were forced to postpone their wedding due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

"June 5, 2021. The day I was supposed to turn from Ms. Bernal to Mrs. Choi, and my supposed biggest day ever," she said in her previous post.

"I remember it was April, when a sudden surge in COVID-19 cases happened and it reached around 12k or 15k a day so we decided to move our wedding instead. After careful consultation with our families, friends, and suppliers, it’s with deep sadness and heavy hearts that we had to move the wedding to a later date because of the coronavirus surge," she added.

Kris recalled getting so emotional that day, saying postponing her big day was one of the toughest decisions that she has ever had to make.

"Nonetheless, the important thing is, the wedding is not entirely cancelled but moved to a later date and prioritizing the safety of everyone above anything else," she said.

As of this writing, there have been more than 1.7 million COVID-19 cases recorded in the country, with deaths at more than 30,500, the second highest in Southeast Asia next to Indonesia.
