Following in the footsteps of their aunt Karla Estrada and cousin Daniel Padilla are showbiz newcomers Analain and Ashton Salvador. The teen siblings were invited to join the new Squad Plus group. Between the two of them, Analain said she was the one who was always morecomfortable in front of the camera.

“Ever since kasi, I had a passion for acting. That’s what made me go into showbiz, gusto kong humusay sa pag-aarte. When I first heard it sa tita ko, I was very excited to join a new family. Actually, this is my first family sa showbiz. Bilang Kapamilya na-excite ako na I get to enter showbiz and magpakita ng talento because I have a passion for acting and I actually want to be good at it. Kaya it feels overwhelming and nakakataba ng puso na I’m part of kapamilya now,” Analain said.

Unlike his sister, 17-year-old Ashton said his reaction was a little stressful.

When they told their famous cousin about their decision, Analain said he did not approve of it at first.

“When kuya DJ first heard na papasok kami sa showbiz, ayaw niya talaga kasi he wants us to finish school first. But then kinausap naman kami na hindi pa rin namin pababayaan yung pag-aaral namin kasi of course he also wants to finish college and high school. Kaya we promised kila kuya DJ, kina tita Karla, to our mom, na kahit anong mangyari, kahit maging busy man yung schedule namin in the future, we promise na tatapusin namin yung pag-aaral namin,” she said.

With Analain preparing for a teleserye project and Ashton practicing his music by playing the guitar, the two Squad Plus members futures are looking bright. Ashton said he is not picky about whatever roles he may be offered in the future.
