Dimples Romana will again prove her acting prowess as she topbills this week’s episode of Maalaala Mo Kaya.

In the episode, Dimples plays the role of Sheila, a loving mother and wife who is forced to work abroad after her husband gets sick.

While working overseas as a domestic helper, Sheila experiences abuse and maltreatment at the hands of her employer. Lonely and homesick for her family back in the Philippines, she soon finds comfort in an American man whom she meets via social media.

"Dedicating this episode to all our beloved OFWs na nakaka-experience ng matinding kalungkutan, pangungulila sa mga minamahal, pagtitiis para sa pamilya, at mga nakararanas ng paghihirap na hindi na nila kadalasan iniinda at ipinapaalam sa kanilang pamilya dito sa Pinas," said Dimples in her post on Instagram.
