Pinoy Big Brother: Kumunity Season 10 housemate Albie Casiño opened up about having attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).

According to mayoclinic.org, ADHD is a chronic condition that affects not only children but also adults. It "includes a combination of persistent problems, such as difficulty sustaining attention, hyperactivity, and impulsive behavior."

In a conversation with his fellow housemate Shanaia Gomez in the Sunday episode of PBB, the actor explained why he dedicates time working out. He highlighted that he is actually doing it for his mental health.

“If I don’t work out, I get stressed. You can’t talk to me straight. To be honest, it’s more for my mental health than my physical health," he told Shanaia.

In relation to what he said to Shanaia, Albie shared with Big Brother that through working out, he is able to calm his mind since he has ADHD.

“Matagal po ako mag-exercise talaga, kasi ‘yan po ‘yung oras ko para ma-calm ‘yung mind ko. Wala akong ibang iniisip kundi ‘yung workout,” he relayed to Big Brother.

“Dahil po sa condition ko — meron po kasi akong ADHD — ‘yung utak ko, ang dami niyang iniisip palagi. Pag nakakapag-exercise ako, I’m in the moment na, ‘Walang ibang importante ngayon, except itong workout na ‘to,’” Albie further shared.

It was on October 16 when it was announced that Albie will be part of this season's Pinoy Big Brother.
