The album contains 30 tracks which include the re-recording of the past tracks in the 2012 album and the songs that didn't make the cut in the previous one which Taylor dubbed as the "From the Vault" tracks. The said new tracks include "Message in a Bottle," "Nothing New," "I Bet You Think About Me," and "Run," among others.

Red (Taylor's Version) also includes the 10-minute version of her critically-acclaimed song "All Too Well." A short film based on the song is set to premiere on Saturday, November 13 (PH time) featuring Sadie Sink, Dylan O'Brien, and Taylor herself.
