After getting married to broadcast journalist Mark Zambrano last year in an intimate garden ceremony held in San Juan town, Batangas, singer Aicelle Santos looks forward to becoming a first-time mom later this year as she commemorates her sixth month pf pregnancy by proudly showing off her baby bump in an Instagram post last August 19.

Accompanied with a photo of her all glammed up in a dress and makeup, the pretty mommy-to-be wrote, “Yesterday's virtual event look. Noticing my chubbier nose and cheeks each day, with growing baby bump at 6 months.”

The 35-year-old theater actress, revealed that she had been spending her pregnancy doing bed rest because of some complications from which she has recovered from already.

“I’m out of bed rest now. Thank you Lord. I'm less nauseous and enjoying baby's kicks and flutters. Nakakangiti ang likot niya. And..and we're so excited to find out if we're buying trucks or dolls for toys soon! We have 15 weeks to go baby! #amazinggrace,” she shares.

After dating for two years, Mark surprised Aicelle with a proposal on the rooftop of a hotel bar in March 2018. This was before Aicelle left the country to play the role of Gigi in the United Kingdom tour of Miss Saigon. The singer-turned-theater star first entered local showbiz as a contestant on singing competition’s Star in a Million and Pinoy Pop Superstar. She first auditioned and was shortlisted for West End’s Miss Saigon in 2012 before finally making it as a member of the touring cast in 2018.
