In her first acting project after doing Pamilya Ko earlier this year, Arci Munoz is happy to be part of the new Kapamilya Online Live special movie in the Love Unlock mini-movie Hook-up which premieres online on August 15, Saturday. “Ako dito si Michelle na girlfriend ni Carlo (played by Gerald Anderson) na na-stuck sa Maynila na dapat sana ay mag-ta-travel kami na miss na miss na ang kanyang jowa na maraming nakaka-relate. Sa mga LDRs na nandiyan, mga long distance relationship po. Matagal ko ng boyfriend itong si Carlo. Alam mo yung mga babae na pag matagal na sa relationship, medyo naghihintay na yan sa guy na mag-propose,” she shared during the Love Unlock virtual media con held last August 11.

Arci said she is happy to be reunited again with her Always Be My Baby and Can We Still Be Friends leading man. “Masaya ako na si Gerald yung nakasama ko dito. Actually si Ge yung nakasama ko sa pinakaunang pelikula na nagawa ko na ako yung starring kaya to reunite with Ge during the lockdown, para sa akin plus na rin yun para makapag kamusta na rin ako sa kanya and how he is doing. I’m just really glad na siya yung nakasama ko dito sa series na ito,” she explained.

Since this their third time to be paired together, the 31-year-old actress said doing their scenes was easy for her, even if they had to do it virtually from the comforts of their respective homes. “Challenge talaga na mag-shoot ngayon sa bahay. Yun yung pinaka-challenge. Pero kung about yung relationship ko with Ge, wala akong problema. Sobrang kumportable ako kay Ge. Actually sa lahat ng mga naka-partner ko very comfortable ako. Siguro dahil hindi ko hinahaluan ng malice yung mga bagay (laughs). So very comfortable ako kahit third time, kasi kahit nung first time na nakatrabaho ko si Ge very comfortable ako sa kanya. So ngayon ang pianka challenge talaga yung mag-shoot sa bahay na kayo lang yung andun. Ang hirap ng virtual touching. Na-miss ko talaga. Hanggang sa Zoom na lang talaga lahat ng bagay ngayon,” she added.

During the virtual event, Arci responded to a hypothetical question regarding how she would react if Gerald would ever make a move to court her. “Sinabi ko sa sarili ko before na as much as possible, ayoko talaga na magkaroon ng boyfriend in the industry kasi ayoko ng medyo awkwardness, yung mga napapansin ko, na-o-observe ko sa kapaligiran ko (laughs) parang ewan ko, hindi ko pa na-ta-try eh. Parang lahat kasi ng naka-partner ko parang feeling talaga nila one of the boys ako, bro ako. So hindi ko rin alam ano isasagot ko,” she explained.
