Artist and activist Mae Paner, more popularly known as Juana Change, set the online world abuzz once again after she impersonated Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque who visited a water park in Subic and posed with the dolphins during the quarantine period.

Juana attended the “SONAgkaisa” rally on Monday, July 27, sporting a rash guard and carried inflatable dolphins, channeling the spokesperson during his trip to Subic.

It can be recalled that Juana also impersonated NCRPO Debold Sinas when she attended the Independence Day rally dubbed as "Grand Mañanita” on June 12. Juana shaved her head and brought long-stemmed roses during the said rally.

“SONAgkaisa” rally was held at U.P. Diliman ahead of the fifth State of the Nation Address (SONA) of President Rodrigo Duterte at the Batasang Pambansa. The head of state chose to deliver his speech at the Batasang Pambasa despite the number of employees who tested positive for COVID-19.

The president opened his speech by attacking ABS-CBN and the Lopez family.
