The online world went abuzz when the logo of ABS-CBN was spotted behind global boy group BTS and other K-Pop groups at The Fact Music Awards last Saturday, December 12.

One eagle-eyed netizen spotted the logo of ABS-CBN while BTS was walking the red carpet.

"THE ABS-CBN SIGN CAME OUT AS THEY WE’RE WALKING WHICH MADE IT LOOK LIKE THEY’RE ACTUALLY ATTENDING AN EVENT BY ABS-CBN,” the netizen said.

Another netizen said, "Flex ko lang one of the TV station ID here in PH. ABS-CBN can you see it too (sic)."

Many netizens became curious as to why the logo of ABS-CBN appeared at the awarding ceremony.

Star Music PH, ABS-CBN's music group, explained the reason behind it on its Facebook page on Saturday.

According to Star Music PH, the organizers of the event partnered with ABS-CBN companies Star Music PH, Tarsier Records, and KTX to show the event in the Philippines.

"The Fact Music Awards 2020, hosted and organized by THE FACT Korea and FANN STAR, was available for live streaming [through] its partnership with Mori Travel and Star Music PH , Tarsier Records and KTX. That's why you see our ABS-CBN Logo on the loop at the red carpet!" Star Music explained on Facebook.

KTX.ph is ABS-CBN’s virtual venue that can host simultaneous events, from concerts, movie premieres, to trade shows, and exclusive experiences for organizers and participants.

KTX.ph streamed the red carpet moments, live performances, and awarding ceremony of The Fact Music Awards last Saturday.
