"The happiest 4th runner-up."

This was how Miss Cavite Billie Hakenson described herself as she placed in the top 5 of the recently concluded Miss Universe Philippines pageant.

Though she did not bag the crown, the beauty queen remarked that she achieved more than that during her pageant stint.

"I never expected to be part of the Top 5. And I'm still basking [in] elation with my achievements. Of course, the crown was the goal. But I achieved more than the actual crown and title. I was heard, and people listened," she said in her Instagram post on Wednesday, October 28.

"The happiest 4th RU" ⁣ ⁣ That's me. I never expected to be part of the Top 5. And I'm still basking elation with my achievements. Of course, the crown was the goal. But I achieved more than the actual crown and title. I was heard, and people listened. ⁣ ⁣ To @paulineamelinckx , my sentimental Ms. Universe. I love you. We’ve been together since the press presentation and to our “iyak sayaw” moment during the actual crowning of winners. Of course my heart was broken because I know how amazing you would have been as our queen but I know you will have your moment. And I will be there to witness that.⁣ ⁣ To our Ms. Universe Ph, @rabiyamateo , our youngest A&Q sister, I appreciate the talk that we had, as well as the sincerity and honesty you showed during that said talk. I assure you that your ates (a.k.a. Queen's court) will protect you and help you as best as we can throughout your journey. You are my Queen, we are your court.⁣ ⁣ #CHARTREUSE ⁣ #RinglightSeries⁣ #TheFilipinoIsPhenomenal⁣ #MsUniversePhilippines2020 #SustainableTourism #beautifultransformations #inspiringwomenwithaction #beyondthecoastlines #onephilippines #teamphilippines⁣ #MUPHCAVITE⁣ #WIN⁣ #Billie ⁣ #Billievers ⁣ #KimberlyHakenson #HakenShowYouTheUniverse #MissUniversePhilippines #MUPh ⁣ #MUPh2020 ⁣ #Cavite ⁣ #ProudCaviteña ⁣ #TigaSouth⁣ #ThePowerOfHope #learningjourney⁣ ⁣

She also penned a message for her fellow beauty queens, Pauline Amelinckx and Rabiya Mateo.

"To [Pauline] , my sentimental Ms. Universe. I love you. We’ve been together since the press presentation and to our 'iyak sayaw' moment during the actual crowning of winners. Of course my heart was broken because I know how amazing you would have been as our queen but I know you will have your moment. And I will be there to witness that," Billie wrote.

Meanwhile, Billie vowed to "protect" Rabiya in her journey as Miss Universe Philippines.

"To our Ms. Universe Ph, [Rabiya], our youngest A&Q (Aces and Queens) sister, I appreciate the talk that we had, as well as the sincerity and honesty you showed during that said talk. I assure you that your ates (a.k.a. Queen's court) will protect you and help you as best as we can throughout your journey. You are my Queen, we are your court," she stated.

Miss Universe Philippines concluded on Sunday, October 25, at the Baguio Country Club.
