The two are set to star in a "kick-ass, coming-of-age" film by Rae Red, who are known for writing films "Eerie," "Birdshot," and "Babae At Baril." The movie will be co-produced by Epicmedia Productions and Dreamscape Entertainment.

Aside from the two, the film will also feature Noel Comia, Jr., who is known for his role in the award-winning 2017 Cinemalaya entry "Kiko Boksingero."

No further details regarding the project have been announced as of writing.

Francine, 16, starred in ABS-CBN's afternoon drama "Kadenang Ginto."

Earlier this month, it was announced that she will star in a new inspirational series, titled "Huwag Kang Mangamba," with her fellow "Gold Squad" members Kyle Echarri, Andrea Brillantes, and Seth Fedelin.

For his part, Francis, 21, was part of the military drama "A Soldier's Heart," which concluded last month.
