Days after the new season of Pinoy Big Brother was announced, Maris Racal took to social media to do a re-enactment of former housemates Bea Saw and Maricris Dizon’s confrontational scene during the second season of the show.

An ex-PBB housemate herself, Maris garnered praise for her on-point portrayal of what is deemed as one of the most iconic scenes in the history of the hit reality show.

The said confrontation scene happened after Maricris Dizon insisted that Bea Saw had feelings for fellow housemate Nel Rapiz.

“Alam mo yang respeto hindi yan ini-impose, Maricris, ine-earn yan. Act your age,” Bea said as Maricris told her she doesn’t respect her.

Bea Saw and Maricris Dizon were both part of the second season of Pinoy Big Brother. Other notable housemates from the said season include Wendy Valdez, Bodie Cruz, Dionne Monsanto, Gee-Ann Abrahan, and Mickey Perz.

Bea, who was proclaimed Big Winner for that season, has since appeared in numerous films and TV shows under ABS-CBN including the John Lloyd Cruz-Bea Alonzo-starrer One More Chance. Now happily married to non-showbiz husband Rocky Tan, she has been gifted with two wonderful kids.

Maris joined Pinoy Big Brother: All In back in 2014. While she was introduced as part of the It’s Showtime girl group GirlTrends after her stint on PBB, she eventually made a name for herself through numerous ABS-CBN films and TV shows. She also pursued her passion for music, releasing several hits under Star Music.

Meanwhile, Pinoy Big Brother is gearing up for its upcoming season PBB: Connect. As of this writing, it has already attracted more than 37,000 auditionees on Kumu.
