After more three years since her last visit in Manila, Filipino-American singer-actress Hailee Steinfeld is coming back to Manila for a fan meet.

MCA Music Inc. and Eastwood Mall announced that the "Starving" hitmaker is returning to the country on Friday, September 6.

Popular songs by Hailee Steinfeld include "Let Me Go," "Capital Letters," and "Most Girls."
Hailee Steinfeld is also known for her role as Emily Junk in the Pitch Perfect franchise, Nadine Franklin in The Edge of Seventeen, and Charlie Watson in Bumblebee.

She was also nominated for an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress for her role in the 2010 film True Grit.

Back in 2016, Hailee Steinfeld came to Manila to promote her album Haiz.

As part of her promotional tour, she performed one of her songs, "Rock Bottom," on It's Showtime.

Meanwhile, during a press conference, she opened up about her Filipino roots.

"My grandpa [Ricardo Domasin] is half-Filipino, my mom’s dad. My great-grandfather [Peter Domasin came from Bohol," she told the press.

Hailee Steinfeld's 2019 Philippine Fan Meet is happening at 4 PM on September 6 at the Eastwood Mall Open Park.

While MCA Music has earlier stated that the event is “open to all,” Eastwood Mall, in a separate post, revealed that they have yet to release mechanics for entry soon.
