After starring in Quezon's Game earlier this year where he played the role of Philippine president Manuel Quezon, Raymond Bagatsing is now busy promoting his Cinemalaya film festival entry Malamaya where he plays a very special role alongside Sunshine Cruz. Off camera, the versatile actor is very much into fitness and healthy living with his daily workouts and vegetarian diet. One look at his physique and you might not even guess Raymond is already 50 years old. A certified #Fitspiration indeed for men his age everywhere.

After 5 Sets of Weighted Pull-ups and 3 Sets of slightly heavy Kettlebell Deadlifts. ( Gradually strengthening my Lower Back again ). Physique Update. @ 141 lbs . I am noticing I keep leaning out, though I feel more muscularly full these days. Much lighter, yes, yet solid and more pronounced. My new Circuit Weight Training of only 2-3 Sets of 10-12 exercises, within more or less 30 mins or so are the reason for this, I believed. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Of course, as I have mentioned in my other posts before, from my experimentations, good physique is about Training Smart, rather than Training long. Efficiency and Nutritional Timing. Which for me is around 80-90 % where Gains is built. After workout Physique Check. Bulking phase seems to be cooperating with me. Had my first Promatrix Mass scoop last night around 8:30pm. Had my MCT Oil by 9pm. Had a Mango for energy around 11:30am for a quick energy boost to get me through my Fasted Workout. That’s about the 14th and half hour in a fasted state. It’s 12:50pm now. Wrapping up here at the gym. Will eat a good brunch at home to break my 16 hour+ fast with Carbs/Rice this time in order to have Cardio/Intense Energy needed for our succeeding Muay Thai session. Exploring this phase in my Current Diet for Bulking and Shredding, simultaneously. Stay tuned.
