Isabelle Daza did not only stun her online followers after dropping a two-piece photo of herself on Instagram, but also inspired them with her short but powerful caption.

The actress shared her photo, which featured her perfectly toned physique, and admitted that she was hesitant to post her photo at first.

“I hesitated to post this cause I didn’t want to send out the wrong message,” she wrote.

She then encouraged her followers to try to reach their fullest potential.

“I want to inspire people to WANT to be the best version of THEMSELVES in body, mind and spirit,” she shared.

After giving birth to her firstborn, Isabelle gained weight but worked hard to get back to her old physique. She admitted that it was not an easy journey but she opted to share her story to help others “who want to do it but don’t know where to start.”
