Sharon Cuneta has not been on speaking terms with her former husband Gabby Concepcion for several months now, and she prefers for things to stay that way, the singer-actress revealed in a fan exchange on Instagram just recently.

On Thursday, in time for her 34th birthday, the Megastar shared a side-by-side picture of her and eldest daughter KC Concepcion to take pride in what she considers as her and Gabby's "very best project/production" together yet.

"She got her Pa’s perfectly handsome face, and most everything else from Ma," she said in the caption.

Surprised that she even mentioned Gabby, a fan replied, asking if she and the actor have already made their peace. "Mama babes [Sharon], bati na kayo ni Papi [Gabby]?," the netizen wrote.

To which Sharon replied, "No pa nga eh. Hayaan na natin buti na ganito."

Just last year, the former couple had their much-awaited reunion in a TV commercial for a popular fast food chain, during which there have also been talks for a possible reunion film, according to various reports.

However, just a few months after their project aired, Sharon and Gabby made the headlines anew after eagle-eyed fans noticed that the two unfollowed each other on Instagram. It remains unknown what could've possibly caused this rift.
